Returns

We do not accept returns for items that are not damaged, defective, or missing parts.

Because many of our products are collectible and specialty items, all sales are considered final unless there is a verified issue with the order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery so our team can assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Orders that fail to deliver due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, including:

  • Wrong address

  • Incorrect recipient name

  • Missing apartment/unit information

are non-refundable.

Large or Oversized Items

Some large-volume items may require additional shipping charges depending on carrier requirements or destination country.

If additional shipping fees apply, our team will contact you before shipment.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

If your package arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts/items, contact us within 7 business days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

  • Photos of the packaging and product

  • A description of the issue

Our team will review the case and provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, store credit, or full refund depending on the situation.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If your case is approved, we may provide a replacement item when available.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel or return eligible items within 14 days of delivery under EU consumer protection laws.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The product must include original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Please note that this right may not apply to certain limited-edition, custom, or made-to-order items where exemptions are permitted by law.

Refunds

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
